New Russian Passport Collection following Renewal

We would love to send and collect your new Russian Passport for you, but unfortunately Russian Embassy Policy does not allow us to do so.

You will need to apply and collect your new Russian Passport in person at the Russian Embassy. On the plus side there is no need to book an appointment to collect your new Russian Passport after its renewal. But it is essential that you bring your current Russian Passport with you. If your current Russian Passport has expired then you should also bring your Russian National passport with you.

A Russian Embassy case-worker will hand you your new Russian Passport, mark your current Russian Passport as invalid and return your current Russian Passport to you.

Russian Passports can be collected at the following times:

Required Documents to support your Passport renewal Application

If you are over 18 years of age and intend on applying for your Russian Passport renewal you should support your application with the documents listed below:

1.		5 photos:
		- 35 mm x45 mm
		- White/black or color
		- Printed on matt photo paper
2.		Copy of your current Russian Passport (specifically the personal details page).
3.		Copy of your UK visa or copy of your British Passport.
4.		Your Russian National Passport (Internal Passport) if the current Russian Passport is expired, lost or damaged.
5.		Police confirmation of your lost document report, if your current Russian Passport is lost.

If you are applying for a passport for your child (under 18 years of age) you should support your application with documents below:

1.		2 photos of you and 4 photos of your child:
		- 35 mm x45 mm
		- White/black or color
		- Printed on matt photo paper
2.		Your current Russian Passport and Copy of your current Russian Passport (specifically the personal details page).
3.		Your child's current Russian Passport and a copy of your child's current Russian Passport (specifically the personal details page).
4.		Your child's Russian National birth certificate and its Apostil certificate plus copies of both.
5.		If your child was not born in Russia and you do not have his/her Russian National birth certificate, please provide his/her British birth certificate and certificate of Russian citizenship obtained.

3.		Fill out an application. Press the link to receive a copy of your application.

5.		Our Russian Renewal Service consultant Antonina will check your Application, Book an appointment at the Russian Embassy on your behalf.
